Jada's Donation Link
Jada was surrendered to me (along with another cat) when her owner's apartment complex told her she could only keep one cat. Upon Jada's arrival I noticed that she had a "snaggletooth" and I became concerned. The former owner stated that it had been that way for months. I immediately scheduled an appointment with my vet.
Turns out ALL of Jada's teeth are rotting and ALL of the remaining teeth need to be removed. The vet maintains that Jada will live a normal life with no teeth. Jada is obviously in pain but that will subside once the surgery is completed.
My rescue, The Hope Lodge, is 100% financed by myself and after receiving the estimate of this surgery I've realized that I need to seek financial help from possible donors. I will have the surgery done no matter what happens but every dollar received will be put toward the teeth extractions. The estimate of the procedure is between $340.50 and $471.42 at Long Animal Hospital (itemized estimate is available for viewing).
